4. Payment Gateway
We partner with secure, reputable third-party payment gateways to process all online transactions. We do not store your full credit card or debit card details on our servers. 5. Play Store Compliance (for Both Apps)
- Customer App: We collect location information primarily for service availability and accurate delivery. This data is only used when the user actively places an order.
- Rider App: The app uses background location access (via a background service) to provide essential services, including:
- Real-time tracking of the rider during an active delivery.
- Assigning new delivery jobs based on the rider’s current location, even when the app is not actively open.
- This background location use is clearly disclosed to riders and requires explicit permission.
